During the planning and execution phases, our technical department implements the principles of Project & Construction Management. This management approach allows - at all stages of the contract, from the preliminary draft, to the final inspection of the work and delivery to the Client - the definition and control of the management flow of the design processes, at the beginning, and the constructive processes, during the operating phase, with the ultimate aim of monitoring the progress of the timeframe, costs and quality in comparison to the expected, preset levels and, where critical issues emerge, immediately putting corrective and recovery actions into place.
