The feasibility study represents the first fundamental step of project development as it provides the Client with initial parameters regarding the size, the complexity of the project, the possible problems that could arise during the planning and construction phases, as well as the costs and timeframes associated with them.
The primary objective of a feasibility study is to extract all the macro elements that can provide a degree of certainty about the overall sustainability of the project, bringing to light the magnitude of any risk factors and proposing the possible alternatives to the Client at the same time.
